I’ve been pretty silent on the whole Kanye West/Taylor Swift fiasco from last week’s VMAs because, well…it’s the VMAs, and why are we all surprised that Kanye called attention to himself when it wasn’t warranted? Not like it’s the first time this has happened. I feel like the best way to keep this from happening is to just stop giving him so much media attention when he does it. I also feel bad for Taylor Swift, because she’s getting forgotten in all this. She had her moment with Beyonce at the end of the evening and that “The View” appearance, but the dust from those have settled and people are still riding the train of Kanye “Imma let you finish, but…” jokes. End of the day, Swift is just gonna be a footnote while Kanye’s assholery will be what people remember. Kind of sad really. But nonetheless, I’ve collected some of my favorite Kanye internet jokes from the last few days, and here it is, your moment of Zen:
